PCS is thrilled to share this virtual performance by the 2021 Putnam All County Chorus Middle School Division. Phenomenal job to all! Students perform “Walk Through Life,” which was chosen because of its upbeat tempo and encouraging lyrics. “Every day is a new day” so “…keep it together because it keeps getting better!”    A special thank you to David Legg, Amanda Reedy, Andrew Harper and Eliza Davis for their hard work preparing students for this special performance. We would also like to thank Jon Henderson and Jon Warner for producing this wonderful video! #PutnamProud https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JH69-HUY0Eo

⭐️Reminder to students who are 12 years of age and older and their families registered for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine through the recent PCS survey⭐️ The CDC approved the use of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine in kids as young as 12 on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, and US health advisors also endorsed the use. Additionally, the American Academy of Pediatrics urges the Pfizer vaccine for kids 12 and up. Putnam County Schools has partnered with Fruth Pharmacy to host a vaccination clinic this Friday, May 14, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hurricane High School for any student 12 years of age and older. Family members that registered for the vaccination will be able to obtain the Pfizer vaccine at the same time as the student(s). If you did not complete the initial PCS survey but would like your child to receive the vaccine, walk-ins will be accepted from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. You may register on-site at HHS. Additional Reminders: ✅ Present an insurance card when checking in at the vaccination clinic. ✅ All students must complete a consent form, and a parent/guardian must be present with any student 12-15 years of age. 📝 Note: Your school office has the consent forms to be completed prior to the vaccination clinic. The consent forms may also be obtained on the PCS website (located and linked on the home page bulletin board) at www.putnamschools.com. 🗓 The follow-up vaccination clinic will be held on Friday, June 4, at HHS from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
