Elementary and middle students participate in Putnam County Schools' Math Field Day. Putnam County Schools Math Field Day, Elementary and Middle Division, was held Wednesday, February 27, at Winfield Middle School School. Ninety-six elementary students and 54 middle students from both public and private schools participated in the county-wide event with over 30 faculty, transportation, and nutrition staff as well as administrators supporting participants.

Putnam County Schools had three wonderful community sponsors who helped provide food and decor for Math Field Day. Sideburns Stadium Haircuts and Jersey Mike’s Subs supplied food for event volunteers, and Doedy's Party Supplies created beautiful balloon towers. PCS would like to thank everyone who made this an extraordinary event for Putnam Students.

Congratulations to all student participants striving towards math excellence and their great achievement competing at the county level.
